In vitro tests:
By measuring the contraction of the innervated muscle cell
as a function of the incubation time, we can demonstrate the
efficacy of the Syn-ake tripetide in vitro, based on a 5ml
concentration.

In vivi tests:
By comparing the Syn-ake (4%) against a placebo, it allowed
us to measure the smoothness and overall effectiveness. For
28 days the cream was applied twice daily.
Syn-ake - Age Killing Effect.
The smoothing effect (Ra) was measured on 80% of the
volunteers and the anti-wrinkle effect (Rz, Rt) measured on
73% of the volunteers.
